[Jason catches himself before he tumbles on top of Shrike and Nero, shifting down to his knees. he thrusts a few more times, before he comes. and then he slides out of Nero, and to the side, so it's not all of them on top of Shrike.

he catches his breath, slowly, flopping to the side of them for the moment]

[ it's easy enough to just let herself go when she feels Nero come inside her, arching back into the sheets, entirely lost to hazy bliss, wrapping her arms around Nero's shoulders tightly.

after a few long moments, though, she relaxes—boneless, exhausted, sated. ]

...mnnn.

[Nero's little more than putty right now - he might only have had the sense to pull out of Shrike because Jason pulls out of him first, and his crotch just sorta pulled with the movement. His lower half slides with him, limply to the side, nestled between the two bodies - sticky trails at each side of him.

Still breathless, his eyes flutter weakly - struggling to keep from passing the fuck out.]

[jason glances at shrike, and then at Nero, considering for a moment what he should do, realizing that the moments after were usually... private.

he sneaks a kiss onto Nero's jawline, fighting the urge to not be there for the afterglow.]

[ she turns her head, brushing a clumsy kiss in turn against Nero's forehead, and drapes an arm over him—stretching out just far enough that she can brush Jason's arm with her fingertips. ]

[Drawn by Jason's kiss, he turns his head toward him, seeking - instinctively curling an arm around him to keep him from leaving, as he rests his hand on the other arm draped over him. Then Shrike's kiss has his gaze wandering back, just... pulled in both directions.

Utterly drained, all he mumbles is,]

Stay...

[he sighs as he turns away from him to look at Shrike, a soft frown creasing his face as he tries not to overthink it-- or get jealous.

he's also slowly coming down from the effects of the snacks. and realizing what just happened with a different light. and then he looks at Shrike's hand, considering for a moment before he sighs, softly.]

Okay.

[he readjusts to get comfortable, brushing her hand with his for a moment before dropping it]

[ the unease is starting to creep back in a little, like—where did all that come from, even if it worked out, but...

well. for now, they're all—fine. it can be fine for a little while. she exhales, lightly, looking at both of them, and then settles in herself.

...kind of nice, really. ]

[That unease, however, never reaches Nero.

Because after a few quiet, relaxed moments between the two of them

he's

dead asleep.]

[jason pauses-- and then glances back at his desk-- extending a hand, and polarizing his book to it.

he'll settle in too, rather than think too deeply about anything. it's time for a book.]
