[ she does lean over and kiss Nero on the cheek and take one of his hands in hers because that seems natural. ]

[His fingers curl around Shrike's, finding comfort and reassurance in them - his shoulders relax, and his eyes follow her lips to Jason's face...

His brows raise slightly as the flush in his face deepens in colour. That's... nice to look at. Despite feeling his heart leap into his throat, he tries to lean his other elbow on Jason's shoulder to casually brush some hair from his eyes.]

But if you're trying to make me jealous, I might be hard pressed t'decide who to be jealous of more.

why is everyone looking at him. and for a moment, his bluster breaks, and he looks a bit flustered himself for a moment, but he catches himself, and tilts his head to capture Shrike's lips more fully for a moment, and then glance back at Nero.]

I'm feelin' a bit spoiled with the jealousy talk.

[ she makes a quiet, lilting sigh when he returns the kiss, and then shrugs. ]

I guess we were just talking earlier about being a little selfish.

[Is it strange that he does feel a pang of jealousy when he hears her make that sound for someone else... but at the same time, those are the lips he's kissed before. It's strangely arousing?

He lifts her hand to his lips and kisses her knuckles, as though to remind her of his presence.]

Maybe I'm greedy enough t'admit I do like the two of you together.

[a pause as he watches her hand get raised, and hears the chat between them, referencing a conversation he wasn't part of.]

[his hand moves from the edge of the desk, and reaches out and around her waist, to the small of her back, pulling her close, so he can test the waters with a deeper kiss. see what that feels like with nero there.]

[ her breath catches a little in her throat when Nero raises her hand to his lips, and she runs her thumb across his palm, gently—

but oh. okay Jason's kissing her again now okay that's happening. the surprised sound she makes melts away after a half-second, her free arm snaking around his shoulders as she presses back against him—though she holds Nero's hand a little tighter, at the same time. ]

[Nero lets out a shuddering sigh, unable to look away. He wanted to be kissing them. Both of them. He wanted to watch them kiss each other. Chewing on his own lip was the only way he could keep the heat rising in his face from becoming unbearable.

Grazing a finger across Jason's jaw, he murmurs in admiration,]

[his hand reaches up to Nero's and grips his fingers lightly. there's a weird performative aspect to this that he's not sure how he feels about yet-- and yet, he leans in to the kiss, his tongue running along her lips. teasing. testing.

and his other hand moves down to her ass, squeezing as she leans in closer to him.
