THE LOST DAYS... Round 1.
It's all darkness.
The feeling of nothingness, of being nothing. Of not existing. You have no thoughts, you will never have any thoughts again. While that fact is not comforting, because you cannot be comforted anymore, it is true.
There's a certain rest to being... nothing. And to both knowing and not knowing, that your time is done.
So it's all the more unfortunate when you feel, because you shouldn't feel. And the feeling is burning in your lungs, which you shouldn't have. Because you are- or were- nothing.
And then, you inhale a desperate gasp of air and open your eyes...

Re: The Hotel
You might get kicked out early. Doubt Hood's gonna want people stomping around, and I'm not inclined to argue with him.
Re: The Hotel
...was it you who said he should let us in?
Re: The Hotel
[he can't exactly go rip out the flowers himself, if his injuries are to be believed?]

We'll do our best to not let that good faith not be misplaced.
Re: The Hotel
I'd really appreciate it.
And, try not to kill anyone. It's either gonna hurt you worse than it will me, or it just makes a headache for me.
Re: The Hotel
I'm not just going to let Shrike or myself get killed.
Re: The Hotel
I'll handle the people I can.
But stay out of the Arkham basement.
Re: The Hotel
...take care of yourself.
Re: The Hotel
[well, he's going to head back the way he came, his hands in his pockets.]
Re: The Hotel
...well, how about that, a perfectly civil conversation.
Now, arm please.

Re: The Hotel
We should go.
Re: The Hotel
If I can ask—
...why, though?
Re: The Hotel
He said the other flowers, right?
Re: The Hotel
...He did, yes. The yellow ones.
Re: The Hotel
Alright...
[ time to go hunt some flowers ]
